Hotel Sonnblick Kaprun, Salzburg - Including Summer Card, Kaprun

The hotel provided a spotlessly clean and well-set room for a comfortable stay with a slightly outdated dining room but boasting a nice view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Iva, offering 5-star service. The location was perfect in the center of Kaprun with access to the glacier bus stop nearby, and the dining options were good with a variety even for kids.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were not what I expected, with an outdated and dirty feel, but the i-device provided useful information. The service was top-notch, with always friendly and helpful staff, especially from Israel. The location was a pleasant surprise, centrally located with great amenities.
